Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our most critical technical projects, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and tools to ensure that every project is delivered with the highest quality standards.
- Create project plans with relevant team members.
- Ensure efficient communication with the team.
- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
- Maintain the project scope timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholder and prepare progress reports for senior management.

What we are looking for
- A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field and/or 4 years+ of experience in IT, project management or a related field
- Technical knowledge: You should have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, databases, and other technical tools and technologies.
- Communication: You should have excellent communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and senior management. You should be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: You should have strong leadership skills to be able to lead and motivate a team of developers, testers, and other technical professionals. You should be able to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Risk management: You should have the ability to identify and manage risks associated with software development projects. You should be able to develop risk management strategies and implement them effectively.
- Change management: You should have the ability to manage change effectively, including managing scope changes, schedule changes, and other changes that can impact project timelines and budgets
- Quality assurance: You should have a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices. You should be able to implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure that software products meet the required quality standards.
- Problem-solving: You should have strong problem-solving skills to be able to identify and solve technical problems that arise during software development projects.
- Teamwork: You should be a team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and other technical professionals.
